Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy
At Leonet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition, with no signs of wear or damage. Please contact our support team to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or size, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability of the desired item. If the new item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If the new item is of a lower value, we will refund the difference.
